Add one to a sale with the Service button, change the price on the day, and the warranty is recorded with the sale. - Name, category, price and warranty days for each service - Sold as a line on the POS, with no stock to count - Switch a service off without losing past sales ## Repair jobs from drop-off to delivery When a customer leaves a device, open a repair job: the customer, the device (a phone, tablet, laptop, TV or anything else, IMEI or serial optional), its condition and accessories, the fault, an estimate and the day you promised. Move it from Received to Ready, then invoice it from the job screen in cash, card or transfer. - Services and parts from your inventory; parts are reserved and leave stock when invoiced - Text the customer when it is ready (counts against your plan's SMS limit) - Statuses with a history: Diagnosing, Waiting for parts, In repair, Delivered, Cancelled ## A job slip the customer signs Print a job slip for A4 or a thermal printer with your shop details, the device, the services and parts, signature lines and a QR code.
